Coronavirus or COVID-19: 

You’ve probably seen in the news that the lockdown measures have again been changed. This is not a time for complacency. We are continuing to follow our original guidance, focussing on keeping Clients, CAREGivers and Key Staff SAFE, adhering to the very latest UK-Gov guidelines and advice around IPC, hand hygiene, safe distances etc and PPE including the use of protective equipment such as gloves, aprons and masks, donning and doffing and safe disposal.

We continue to review each clients’ needs on a one to one basis and are ensuring that CAREGivers have the appropriate training on PPE, carrying out individual risk assessments on every call. This is without a doubt an unprecedented time but, please rest assured, that your CAREGiver and the whole team are fully focussed on trying to keep loved one safe at home.
